Dylan Page, famously known as TikTok’s “News Daddy,” faced an unexpected setback when his account—boasting over 14 million followers—was abruptly banned by the platform.
Over the past few years, Page has risen to become one of TikTok’s most prominent news commentators, amassing a massive following. His influence was further cemented in February, when he made social media history with the most-liked comment ever—a joke about GTA 6 that garnered over 10 million likes across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
However, on Friday, March 28, Page was shocked to discover that his TikTok account had been permanently banned. After fans noticed his profile had disappeared, he took to Instagram to share a screenshot of TikTok’s notification, which stated his account was removed due to “multiple violations of Community Guidelines.”

Expressing his disbelief, Page wrote, “Holy sht… I don’t have a single guidelines violation. I can’t even appeal the decision.” He urged followers for help, asking if anyone had contacts at TikTok who could assist in resolving the issue.
In the meantime, he assured fans he would continue posting on Instagram and YouTube.
The news of his ban quickly spread, with many fans expressing shock and creating reaction videos. Fortunately, Page’s account was reinstated within hours, though his videos remained unavailable at the time of reporting.
It remains unclear when TikTok will fully restore his content, leaving followers waiting for the return of the self-proclaimed “News Daddy.”
