A Disturbing Video of DJ Brown Skin Recording His Wife as She Takes Her Own Life

Kenyans were shocked after seeing a video of popular entertainer Michael Macharia, also known as DJ Brown Skin, filming his wife as she ingested poison to end her life.

In the disturbing video that has been making rounds on the internet, his young children enter the room where their mother is wailing in pain on the floor, and the DJ instructs one of the children to bring milk to the mother.

BNN shared the video that was recorded last year. In the video, Brown Skin’s wife, Sharon Njeri, is seen conversing with him before taking something from a cup (alleged poison) while the DJ watches.

Recorded his wife taking poison. He prodded and encouraged an already tipsy woman to take poison, latter calling the housegirl to give her milk while still recording the whole thing.

After a while of recording, he asks the “auntie” to come over and give her milk as she then goes on to sit on the sofa.

The DJ shared an emotional message on social media after his wife passed away, lamenting the void her passing had left in his life.

” Your death left a gaping hole in my life that I fill with the love we shared.”

He claimed in another post that when faced with questions and no clear solutions, he felt tested as a man.

” A man is tested the most when he is on his knees. When he has questions without answers. When he has to put on a brave face and remind himself to be a man. On the 29th of July my life as I knew it completely changed. The events of the past week have shaken me on my core! They have put me to the test as a man, father, husband, friend and entertainer but I am comforted by the words of Isaiah 43:2.”
