Nairobi Gubernatorial candidate Johnson Sakaja has asked the IEBC tribunal to dismiss the complaint filed against him over his academic certificates.
Sakaja says that he holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree conferred to him by Team University in Uganda.
“My qualifications and academic credentials are not in doubt having affirmed through a lawful process,” reads the papers
“The complaints herein are legally incompetent, fatally defective having been lodged outside the prescribed statutory timeliness,”he says.
