After one year, radio presenter Oga Obinna left Kiss FM. Before leaving, he co-hosted the Kiss morning show with Kwambox.
During his interview on Mpasho, the musician disclosed that his contract with the station has come to an end and that his final show was on Monday, April 17,2023.
“I’m no longer at Kiss. I have finished my contract.
“The experience has been beautiful and I have achieved my dream and did everything I wanted to do. And everything I do from now henceforth will be extra. I have achieved what I wanted to do and now we move…,”
Obinna began working at the station in March 2022, co-hosting the morning show with Kamene Goro, who left the organization earlier this year.
Obinna also praised the management of Radio Africa Group, lauding them for the way they handled their staff.
“I have worked in organisations where they did not care about their employees. But here, I dressed the way I wanted and did my own thing.
“If I get another opportunity on radio, I will go back there and do any show whether breakfast or drive. I will do it for the money. It used to be for the love, but we can’t feed our children with love, it is for the money,” he stated.
