Nanok made the following changes to the county executive committee, The Governor has appointed Joseph Namuar as the County Executive in charge of Water, Environment and Mineral Resources, and will also act as the CECM in charge of Finance and Planning.
Esther Lokwei as the County Executive for Public Service, Administration and Disaster Management; and will also act as the Executive in charge of Lands, Energy, Housing and Urban Areas Management.
Other County Executives have been reappointed as follows: Jane Ajele- Health and Sanitation; Jennifer Nawoi- Trade, Gender and Youth Affairs; Charles Lokiyoto- Tourism, Culture and Natural Resources; Patrick Losike- Education, Sports and Social Protection; Chris Aletia- Agriculture, Pastoral Economy and Fisheries; and Benson Lokwang’- Infrastructure, Transport and Public Works.
The reorganization comes after contracts for the County Executives had elapsed.
Missing in the list are Anthony Apalia, who was the CEC for Lands, Energy, Housing and Urban areas management and Loteleng’o CEC for finance and planning.
The Governor said that the changes were made to improve efficiency of service delivery.
